Ebay And ME Some of What I've Learned on Ebay As a buyer, I've learned that you are responsible for your own actions. Actually, I learned that a long time ago, I've just learned that it applies to Ebay also. I love attending live auctions and have been known to get carried away at times. It happens on Ebay too. But oh well, the good deals far out weigh the bad deals. And who do I have to blame but myself? I have to say that out of over 2000 (really!) buys on Ebay, I have had only 3 people "take me". I think that's pretty good odds! As a seller, I've learned that everyone is not of the same mind. And I only wish my odds were as good. I've had the displeasure of dealing with a few and I stress few, people who can't be pleased no matter what. I'm a firm believer that it takes all kinds to make the world go around and if out of all the people I've dealt with less than 1% of them are unhappy, I'm doing pretty good. So for those 3 buyers that I couldn't make happy, I can honestly say I tried and I'm over it and I hope they are too! Life is too good and too short to dwell on it. Anyway, I still love Ebay and most of the people I get to "meet".
