What can you expect to find in our auctions?
Items that we list are found at local thrift stores, consignment stores, or garage sales. Items that you can expect to find will include loads and loads of handbags, designer handbags, Vera Bradley items, Hawaiian shirts, name brand clothing, high end clothing, vintage clothing, and whatever else we can get our hands on that week! We never know what we are listing week to week. We do not keep an inventory, all items are sold as we find them. We usually list new items each Thursday evening, so keep checking back with us!
By placing a bid you are agreeing to the following terms:
You will ask all questions, address all concerns prior to bididng. All auctions (sales) are final; with no warranty stated or implied. You agree to pay for the item within 10 days unless other arrangements have been made. I accept money orders, cashier's checks, and paypal only. NO PERSONAL CHECKS PLEASE!
Our normal policy is that all sales are final BUT should a refund be granted on exceptional grounds, then you will resend the item back to me in the same condition you received it at your cost, with same packing materials, sent insured mail, and sent within 72 hours of receipt. If the item gets lost in the mail, I cannot issue a refund. If the item incurs customs fee on return, then these will be deducted from the refund - however I DO NOT charge a restocking fee. But you will only be refunded for the item not the shipping.
As a seller, I agree to the following terms:
I will mail out your parcel within 24-48 hours of payment (with the exception of holidays). I will provide all necessary information, and make myself available via email as much as possible to answer questions and address concerns. I will fairly represent my items, and try to point out any flaws or weaknesses that I see. I will leave positive feedback at the end of a completed transaction once payment is received.
Customer Service is Key!
This is the way we are currently making our living, by selling items on Ebay. We pride ourselves in our feedback rating and customer service. Should you receive an item, and you are not completely satisfied, PLEASE contact us. If for some reason, you feel it necessary to leave a feedback other than positive, PLEASE contact us prior to doing so, and we will work with you to make you satisfied.
