Hello, my name is Charlie and I strive to capture the beauty and character of wildlife and nature through the lens of the camera. Some of my favorite subjects include wild birds, squirrels and flowers, but I continually fall in love with more and more subjects as I explore the wonderful variety and splendor of life on this planet we all share called Mother Earth.

Although my focus is on nature, domestic animals are great models and I will photo shoot almost any interesting subject or moment that presents itself.
I would like to recognize the hard working ACA committee for the countless hours they have volunteered to organize the Artists Choice Awards for 2008, including ambercolumbia, onekeenekat, art-by-annamarie, and anyone else who contributed to the fabulous effort. eBay: I sell my photographs as ACEOs, which stands for Art Cards, Editions and Originals, and larger prints too. ACEOs were born on eBay and are 2.5" x 3.5" miniature works of art. They provide buyers with a practical and fun format for collecting art at affordable prices.


WILDLIFE: Photography has helped me get in touch with nature and appreciate the beauty and fragile condition of life out there. I hope that my work helps to increase the appreciation of the many amazing and beautiful creatures on our interconnected planet. I also volunteer my graphical art services at a non-profit wildlife center which is a very small way that I give back.


Artists' Choice Awards Award: I am deeply honored to be the recipient of eBay's Artists' Choice Award in Favorite Overall Photography. I was awarded first place for the 2007 award and Honorable Mention for 2006. The winners are chosen by the incredibly talented eBay community of artists to whom I owe my deepest gratitude for their incredible support and camaraderie.
