Refurbished and Open Box Items
Refurbished items include manufacturer refurbished items and "open box" items. "Open box" items are items that have been returned by customers, but are still in working condition.

"Open box" items are tested, but we do not test refurbished items. Manufacturer refurbished items come directly from the manufacturer and are assumed to meet factory specifications, but refurbished items do have higher than average return rates.

Warranty
iMicros offers a 7-day warranty for all refurbished and "open box" products starting from the day the shipping courier delivers the item. We advise you to test your item as soon as it arrives in order to provide sufficient time to request an RMA number if necessary. Shipping costs are not refundable. Requests for refund or replacement after the warranty expiration date will be denied.

When sending refurbished items back for replacement, only send back the actual item to be replaced since we will only send a replacement unit (without accessories) back to you. Any accessories you send to us will be lost, and will not be replaced.
