Returns Information:

• Incorrectly delivered goods must NOT be opened. It will NOT be accepted for return if opened.
• Request for return must be placed within 14 days after delivered and received by us within 30 days of delivery date.
• Return for exchange will ONLY be given if DVD is defective (manufacturing faulty) or incorrect DVD is delivered.
• Any DVD with visible surface scratches will NOT be accepted for Return.
