I’ve paid for my item(s), how long will it take to ship and arrive?

After receiving a CLEARED payment, we generally ship all items within 48 hours.  From the time of shipment, the arrival date depends upon the shipping option chosen and where you are located in the world.  The table below ESTIMATES when your item may arrive after it has left our facility.

U.S.

1^st class mail: 3-10 business days
Priority Mail: 2-5 business days
Express Mail: 1-2 business days

International

1^st class mail international: Up to 30-45 days, pending no delays in customs. Often times, it can arrive faster.
Priority Mail international: 7-21 days
Express Mail international: 2-7 days

Do you offer any discounts?

Our prices on eBay are the lowest price we can offer, and therefore, we do not offer discounts including bulk purchases.  The only discounts given are for combined shipping, and the combined shipping and handling rates are listed in each auction.

Which methods of payment do you accept?

Paypal, money orders, and cash (cash is sent at your own risk, and has the risk of being stolen in the mail.)

I have sent a Paypal e-check, but have not received a shipping confirmation, why is this?

Paypal e-checks take approximately 5-7 business days before the funds clear (sometimes longer).  We cannot ship items until an e-check has cleared.

Why is my invoice incorrectly showing shipping totals, I thought you combined shipping and handling?

eBay unfortunately only automatically calculates single auction combined rates, so if you have purchased multiple, unique auctions, you must wait for us to send you a combined shipping invoice to receive the discounted shipping rate.  Otherwise you will be charged the full shipping & handling rate for each item.

Why don’t you ship sealed Magic the Gathering product outside of the U.S.?

Due to Wizards of the Coast policy, we cannot ship sealed Magic the Gathering product outside of the U.S.

Can you email me my code so I don’t have to pay shipping and handling?

Unfortunately, due to eBay policy we cannot email any codes.  This includes Neopets, World of Warcraft, and any other game which may have online activation codes.

Can you send me an email when you receive payment and ship my item(s)?

All customers receive automated emails from Ebay stating when payment has been received, and when an order has been shipped.
