Additional Terms and Disclosures
I almost always ship U.S. Postal Service only. I will only ship an alternative way if it is necessary due to an items size or where it is going. Almost all items are shipped with delivery confirmation. If I feel the item needs something extra like a signature or insurance I will have it added. Depending on the auction, I might have it as a condition of the sell where the buyer has to pay the cost or I might just pay for it myself if I didn't disclose that on the auction.
If an item shows "delivered" on a delivery confirmation, signature confirmation or any other type of proof of delivery I will not issue a refund for a claim of a missing or undelivered item. It doesn't matter who accepted the item, if it says delivered, no refund will be issued.
Shipping only to U.S. addresses unless noted as willing to ship to other location in the auction. The reason for this is that shipping out of the US can be hard to document proof of delivery and the cost often exceeds the value of the item. Too many times when I have shipped out of the US I have spent far more on shipping then I charged the buyer.
Return Policy - Returns only for items that weren't as described. If I ship you the wrong item, I will accept a return. All returns need to be approved before you send the item back. Arrangements to return an item must be made within 3 days of the items delivery. Items that are sold as new or factory sealed aren't returnable once they have been opened. If they have been opened, they are no longer in the same condition. They are sold as is because I can't test them if they are sealed. All other items are in working condition when I ship them out because I've tested them. If an item doesn't work or has an issue, I will disclose that in the auction. So, no returns for items received if it doesn't work. I've had issues where people have tried to return items they claimed they bought from me that were received damaged but I was able to show the buyer was switching the item.
I am real easy to work with. If there is a real issue with the item, talk to me and I will do what I can to make it right. I just don't want someone trying to take advantage of the system.
Payment - I only accept paypal as payment for now. Payment needs to be received within 3 days of the end of the auction. Because I only take paypal, I only ship to paypal confirmed addresses.
We will not be responsible for typographical errors and will not honor any sales where a mistake was made in the listing or price.
Feedback - My feedback score is important to me. Like I said, I'm easy to work with and will do what I can to correct any honest issue. If you have a problem, let me know before giving feedback and I will try and fix it if possible. I give feedback to buyers quickly after they have left positive feedback for me. Your leaving me feedback let's me know you got the item ok and that everything is all right. I leave feedback for sellers as soon as I get the item if everything is ok and they have left feedback. Sometimes I'll give feedback faster, especially if the other party has a good history of leaving reciprocal feedback.
