This is about my one neg. feed back. I won an auction from  { felix1 } on 3-18-04 and paid for it on 3-21-04 via paypal, which should have been worth a poss. feed back at that point After about 10 unanswered emails, & more than enough time, in May, I left him a neg. feed back. Than on 7-26-04, I received the license plate that I won , that was mailed on 7-23-04 ????? So my advice is to avoid { felix1 } also known as Jeff Francis in St. Petersburg Fla. THANK YOU for taking the time to read this & understanding that I did all I could do as far as paying for his item.
