Business Information
History/background
Inphase Technology was founded in 1998 as a computer and
printer repair and maintenance company. In April 2005 we launched an
internet mail-order company through eBay and online at
inphasetechnology.com. Since then we have grown rapidly into an
International company selling computer parts and accessories. We are proud
to offer a freephone number 0800 294 9015 for all our customers to use and
feel free to contact us on if they have any enquiries, questions or problems
and speak directly with one of our computer engineers.
Payment policy
We accept credit / debit card payments through Paypal. All
major cards are accepted as well as postal orders and cheques.
Delivery information
Items are despatched using Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded
Delivery. Heavy items (over 2kg) are sent either by ParcelForce 24 or 48.
Please contact us if you require Special Delivery or Guaranteed Next Day.
For International orders, we would recommend using the International Signed
For service to guarantee the arrival of your product and track its progress.
Returns policy
If you have a problem with the product you have purchased,
please contact us on 0800 294 9015 or by email. If there is a fault with an
item you have purchased then we will get you to send it back to us and we
will check and test the product. Faulty products will be replaced at the
discretion of Inphase Technology. Should a replacement item be unavailable
Inphase Technology will offer an alternative product of the same or better
specification. If this is not possible a refund will be offered. You are
encouraged to use registered and/or insured carriage as Inphase Technology
will not be held responsible for the loss of goods in transit to us. Please
ensure that all items are adequately packaged as we are unable to exchange
or refund any damaged items. If you have purchased a product and are not
happy with it, you have 7 days to inform us of this and we will arrange for
you to return it to us
