Q: I won
multiple items. Can I get any discount on shipping?
A: Due to the unique pricing model of ebay, we do not offer discount on
shipping for multiple items (unless otherwise specified on the particular item
listings). Full shipping, handling and insurance have to be paid in full for
EACH auction; otherwise your order will be placed on hold until it is paid in
full.
Q: I won your
auction. How do I make payment to you?
A: We prefer Paypal. You can press the "Pay Now" button after the auction
is closed. If you do not have Paypal account yet, you can sign up one at
www.paypal.com. We also take Money Orders
and Cashier's Checks (you will receive the payable address in an email)
Q: I paid my
item, but why didn't I receive a feedback yet?
A: We will leave feedback after we receive one.
Q: How long will I receive my item?
A: Most orders are shipped by USPS with 1 to 2 working days. If you are
in USA, it takes about 3 to 7 days. For international countries, on average, it
takes 7 to 10 days. But it may also take as long as 30 days if the custom is
slow.
Q: Will I receive a tracking
number?
A: If the order is expensive (say, more than $100), you will get a UPS or
FedEx tracking number. However, most low value orders are shipped by USPS with
delivery confirmation, which can only be used to confirm delivery, instead of
real time tracking. For international Air Mails, there is no tracking or
confirmation at all.
Q: I believe I received a defective item or wrong item. What can I do?
A: Do not panic. Email us at
ebay@insidecomputer.com.
Q: I want to buy a large quantity items, or even resell your items, can I get
discount?
A: Yes, of course, since we are a wholesaler also. Please contact us at

Q: I see
