All claims for refunds must be received by IAC within (72) hours of buyers receiving of shipment (to be determined by carrier tracking). All return postage or shipping charges to be prepaid by buyer. A handling (and) (or) restocking fee may apply and shall be deducted from refund amount. Returns must be complete to include but not limited to original item(s) promotional items, installation and instructional manuals etc. All items must be unopened and in original packages, i.e. blister packs, carded or sealed, items. (not to include shipping packaging). Tools that have been used are not returnable unless defective.
