I promise to make your experience buying from me a pleasant one.  I believe communication is the key to a successful transaction.  Therefore I will email you to confirm that payment has been received and give you the shipping method, date and tracking number or numbers for your merchandise.  I try to do this within 48 hours after receipt of payment.  If after 48 hours you have not heard from me, please email me and let me know and I will send you a new confirmation.  Sometimes these things get lost in Cyberspace and who knows what happens to them.

Unless Grossly Misrepresented All Sales Are Final.

Generally I do not accept Refunds or Returns.  However, if there is a serious issue with the item such as it was accidentally grossly misrepresented, I will be more then happy to make an exception and work with you regarding a full refund.  I reserve the right to determine if an item is grossly misrepresented.  I ask that you kindly notify me within 3 days of receipt and prior to leaving negative feedback, so that we can resolve the matter, otherwise the return policy will be void.  If you are returning Jewelry, the cost of the new appraisal to make sure you are returning what was purchased will be deducted from the original selling amount.  All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Payment Methods I Accept:

PayPal is my preferred method of payment.  PayPal accepts Major Credit Cards.  However, I will accept Postal Money Orders, Money Orders, Certified or Cashier Checks.  If you pay with a Personal Check, please remember this could delay shipping 10 14 days while the check clears.  Please make payment arrangements within 3 days of close of auction.  If I do not receive a PayPal payment from you or hear from you regarding payment within 3 days of auction close I will send you a reminder and file a non paying bidder dispute and may leave negative feedback.  If I have not heard from you within 5 days of close of auction the item will be relisted and Negative Feedback will be left.

Combined Shipping:

I will be happy to combine shipping if you make one single payment for all items won and list all item numbers on the payment.  Your 2^nd item won is 50% off the lesser S&H.  If you win more then 2 items please email me for a reduced S&H amount.  If you are bidding on multiple items please let me know and wait to make payment until all items have been won so I can send you an invoice to combine shipping.
