Q: Why did eBay allow me to post my template auction if it is against
the rules?
A: eBay does not generally pre-screen auctions and does not verify that
sellers have the right to use certain templates.
Q: Why hasn't ZeRO Web Hosting Inc suspended all auctions using
similar templates?
A: InternetWebTools vigorously enforces its intellectual property
rights. Due to the large amount of new auction added daily, it is possible
that some infringing auctions escape our attention.
Please note that the fact that others sellers may be using similar
templates that infringe our intellectual property rights does not give
others the right to do so nor does it prevent us from ending those
auctions which we become aware of.
If you would like to report an infringing template that has not been
suspended, please send us the information along with the seller's name and
the eBay item number to vero@zerohosting.com
