When will my order be
shipped?
We usually ship within 3 to 5
business days upon receiving payment excluding Saturday, Sunday, and
holidays.
Will I be able to track
my order?
Once your order is shipped,
you should receive a shipping confirmation with delivery confirmation
number.

accept international orders?
We can only ship via USPS Priority Mail with
deliver confirmation for international
orders.
Are all the items in
stock?
We will do our best to keep our inventory up
to date. We will notify you immediately in case the items/colors are out
of stock or in backorders. You may request a full refund or wait for a
backorders. Backordered items are shipped as they become available.
What is Intimate Outlet
return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase,
you may return it for a credit or exchange. Simply return unworn,
unwashed, merchandise with all tags attached (no exception) within 14 days
for an exchange or refund. Intimate garments containing a crotch cannot be
returned. Please allow five business days for your return or exchange to be
processed. Initial shipping fees and return shipping costs are not
refundable. Up to 25% re-stocking/initial shipping fee of the original purchase price will be
deducted from your return refund.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping fee
as well as the exchange shipping fee. We recommend using an insured,
traceable method to ship the merchandise back to us to the address on the
packing slip. Please email us for exchange shipping fee information if you
request a replacement item for an exchange.
To return an item, please make a copy of the
packing slip and enclose it with the merchandise you are returning. Please
indicate whether you would prefer a refund or an exchange Please allow five
business days for your return or exchange to be processed. We will notify
you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the
returned item. Shipping fees on your original order are not refundable.
Please label your package clearly, and send it via a insured or traceable
method. Please note that your return shipping fees will not be refundable.
What if I receive a
incorrect merchandise?
In the event that we have sent you incorrect
merchandise, please notify us
immediately. We will reimburse you for the cost of returning the package
to us, and we will not charge you for the shipping costs of replacement
merchandise.
