When will my order be
shipped?
We usually ship within 3 to 5
business days upon receiving payment excluding Saturday, Sunday, and
holidays.
Will I be able to track
my order?
Once your order is shipped,
you should receive a shipping confirmation with delivery confirmation
number.
Does Intimate Outlet
accept international orders?
We can only ship via USPS Priority Mail with
deliver confirmation for international
orders.
Are all the items in
stock?
We will do our best to keep our inventory up
to date. We will notify you immediately in case the items/colors are out
of stock or in backorders. You may request a full refund or wait for a
backorders. Backordered items are shipped as they become available.

return policy?
Intimate Outlet takes great
pride in its products for its excellence and value. If you are not
satisfied with the purchased, you may return the merchandise within 14
days provided the merchandise are unworn, unwashed, free of defects and
with all the tags and packaging are intact (if the items are with tags) for an exchange or
refund.

to us, and we will not charge you for the shipping costs of replacement
