About Me...

I the mom of four wonderful daughters and we live in a small town in Indiana just outside of South Bend. I enjoy reading, cooking, fitness and hanging out with family and friends. This business is a fun way for me to provide extra income for my family from my home.

I'm in business to supply American products to people who can't access American stores. I'm a consumer too, just like you, and I strive to do business with my clients in the manner I like to be treated. With this in mind:

• Your products are purchased from local suppliers after they are ordered by you. Everything is new, fresh and clean. I shop at several local suppliers to provide the best selection and price for you.
• I aim to describe products accurately and completely, so what you receive is what you expect.
• Your questions and concerns are answered promptly. I monitor EMail consistently through the business day and check it often during off-hours.
• I ship quickly. Your product will be shipped within two business days of your purchase--usually sooner!
• I am meticulous about packaging. Packaging food items can be tricky because of the size, shape and delicateness of the products. I work hard to package the products appropriately to ensure you receive a clean and neat product.
• If I could deliver your items personally, I would. Since I must rely on a carrier, occasional damage is possible. If your item is damaged in transit I am happy to provide a refund or a new product to satisfy you.
• I realize shipping is expensive and am happy to combine purchases and ship in the most economical manner. I will take the time to open product boxes, if necessary, to repackage and ship your items cheaper. If you prefer an unopened package please let me know.
• I will never charge you anything different than what you have expressly agreed to.
• I respect your privacy and will never share your email address or personal address with marketing groups or other businesses.
• If you sign up for my newsletter I will only send occasional updates and will give you the option of permanently unsubscribing at any time.
• I am happy to list products that you suggest with no obligation to you. Your suggestions go a long way toward helping other clients. If you are looking for something that isn't on my site, please let me know.
