Do you ship outside the US?
No, we only ship to the US.
Do you accept returns/give refunds?
Only under circumstances discussed with the buyer. When a refund is necessary, the refund will only be given after the item has been returned.
What are your shipping discounts?
If you are only talking about card lots of up to 4 cards each, then after the first item the shipping is only an additional 25 cents per item. If you are talking about non-small card lots or other lots, the shipping discount will be 50 cents less than the marked prices. To receive the proper benefits of our 2 different discounts, you will have to let us know when you have finished your selecting and let US send you the proper invoice.
Do you put tracking or delivery confirmation on items?
We only put delivery confirmation on total purchase amounts of over $19.99. This does not include shipping.
Unless otherwise stated, we do not ship to HI, AK, APO, FPO, or international locations. If you fall under any of these categories, please contact us before bidding on or purchasing items.
Any figures such as dates, percentages, or dimensions are to be considered estimates. For precise information, please contact us. We are not responsible for misunderstandings with buyers that do not contact us before making a bid on/purchasing an item. A large percentage of our items are listed on consignment for other people, and as such, we do not always have ready access to all of the items listed.
In the instance of items that do not arrive in a timely manner, or in disrepair, please contact us through the eBay messaging system that is provided. This is the FASTEST and MOST RELIABLE method for contacting us. Unless a previous message has been sent to you with instructions to contact by email, only use the eBay message system.
Insurance is optional on nearly all of our items. If it is not optional, but you require insurance, please contact us before we have shipped the item. Preferably before shipment. Once it is delivered at the post office or at UPS, it is out of our hands.
Furthermore, if there is a problem, and we are not contacted by you, the buyer, we have no way of knowing the problem. Before leaving a negative or neutral feedback; or before striking a case through PayPal, contact us. We will do everything we can do to right the situation. Without knowing about a problem, there is no way we can be expected to resolve it.
If there are any questions about our items, please feel free to drop a line. We will make it a point to answer as promptly and accurately as possible. If your question is about an item we do not physically have ready access to, there will be a delay in the response while we obtain the answers you need from the actual sellers of the items.
