What's in a Name? 
When we started this business, Jerry and I lived on an Island, I made beads and Jerry made boxes. Seemed logical. Now, however, we have moved to Tucson, Arizona, I no longer make beads, and Jerry no longer makes boxes. But after being in business for over 10 years, it did not seem logical to change the name.
I restructured my equipment, exchanging a small "bead" kiln for a large "fusing" kiln, and that satisfies my need to melt glass. I've taken classes, and I now sell just about every piece that I make, very much like I did while making beads.
I also enjoy making Kumihimos (traditional Japanese braids) using OPB (Other People's Beads) as focals. Add to that my ongoing jewelry designing and you have just about the sum total of what it is that I do. Well, one other thing that I do is guarantee my work for anything and everything. Oh yes....I'm Luann Jamison.
