The folks we've met on eBay are 99.99999999% awesome and great to work with (especially fly fishers!). As a fellow eBay seller once told me, on rare occasion each of us comes across a hum dinger and we've found it is often better not to see an insult than to avenge it. The following, from a well known Saint of a lady, puts it in perspective for us all when she writes;

We try to keep a fun and never ending supply of things happening adding new items weekly- don't see something you are looking for? Please do request an item we may not currently carry and we'll do our best to find it for you! Our opening bid prices are reasonable and are truly the best value out there, the majority or our auctions run without a reserve price. Our products are in stock, or not listed. No surprise "sorry, item back-ordered" here! All orders are shipped within 24 hours of payment, sometimes same day. To make things fair and fun for everyone;
Per eBay guidelines we will be in touch with you within 3-Days of the close of auction?. And in most cases ?. within a few hours. It is helpful if you can do the same, communication is the key. Please let us know of any delays that would have your payment not arriving within 7-10 days following the end of your auction. Paypal, money orders, certified checks and personal checks are welcome (personal checks take 4-5 additional days to clear however).
Expert and experienced packers pack your item safely and ship within a few days from receipt of your payment. We also leave positive feedback usually before you receive your package. Our descriptions are full and accurate. If for ANY reason you are not delighted please do not hesitate to email us to let us know - we have an open door to communication and we will make it right regardless! You most likely will discover that your package arrives at warp speed seemingly as though we used a worm hole to get it to you, the secret is in our attention to your order???..
-Our third shift warehouse packing team checks nightly, any evening Paypal payments received are always immediately packed and delivered to the P.O. by 8:30 that am for shipping 2 day (3 max) priority mail - we always deliver & FAST! - in addition Monday to Friday we often take a 50 mile trek to get them to a main hub P.O. which ensures expedited delivery on our end. Yes Aardvarks are a little nuts, I usually do this personally, but we do it for the right reasons - as you can see in our feedback comments it is worth the effort.
Insurance is always suggested on shipments ? at your cost? to ensure that your items arrive in good order. We package with great care (using 98% post consumer recycled products to do our part for the environment)? but we cannot be responsible for loss or damage in transit. Once we have delivery confirmation from the Post Office (we provide to the upper 48 US shipments free) the buyer accepts responsibility. Please ensure the address you provide us is accurate - we ONLY ship to verified address provided through Paypal. IF items to the address you provide are returned as undeliverable due to wrong address or delivery attempts being unsuccessful we will reimburse item cost MINUS eBay, paypal and postage fees; this is only fair as we are following the directions you provided.<
For International customers; we ship our items to the far reaches of the world and we welcome your business. We ask that you check with us first, however, to confirm shipping before bidding. Also please be aware of your countries tariffs and customs expectations as each country is different and it is best for you to know beforehand if you will be paying duties or customs fees if applicable depending on you locale - we are unable to be experts in this area with so many countries out there. We require insurance with all international shipping. When shipping USPS we are quoted 2-3 days however the US Postal Service is no longer in control of your package once it leaves the US therefore depending on customs and the intricacies of your country time may vary greatly, though not often customs can keep a package for up to 2 weeks. After a 5 day grace period for the delivery times quoted please contact us and we will immediately check our records and follow up. Again IF items to the address you provide are returned as undeliverable due to wrong address or delivery attempts being unsuccessful we will reimburse item cost MINUS eBay, paypal and postage fees; this is only fair as we are following the directions you provided.

At Aardvark Fly Fishing we do have the 7 day return policy with full refund when notified within seven days of purchase. All warranties expressed or implied are provided by the March Brown, the manufacturer. For further information please contact March Brown directly using the lifetime guarantee card included with your rod. We cannot under any circumstances perform any warranty services for any of the rods we sell as we would void the lifetime warranty which comes with each rod.!!!
