Local Pickup We are located in Shaker Hts, Ohio (Cleveland Area). If you see something that you would like and you live near by we would be happy to arrange local pickup. Please just send us an email to arrange the pickup. Trade In & Buyback Program We now have a Trade In and Buyback Program. If you have games, books, or movies that you would like to trade for some of our items or if you just want to sell them to us please send us an email. Please include as much information as possible about the item and its condition. We classify items in five categories: Acceptable, Good, Very Good, Like New, and Brand New. Please include that information and what is included with the item and what is missing. We would work out a plan for us to either pick it up or for you to ship it to us. Our inventory largely consists of books, video games, audio discs, and DVDs. About 65% of our items are brand new and the rest are used. We test items before we ship them out, if there's a problem with any order please contact us first to resolve the problem. About Us We are a small family owned retail shop. Shipping Policy We generally ship items within two business days (USPS Media Mail 1st item is 3.99, for USPS Priority Mail it is 6.99). Priority mail goes out faster and arrives faster. If the item is purchased during the weekend or holiday it will go to the normal cycle of two business days. While that is the general time table we work with, a large majority of the orders will be shipped before the two day business window comes up. We also ship internationally (international rate is 13.99 per item), at least at the Air Mail rate or we upgrade it to a faster option. We also ship APOs. Feedback Policy Our policy is to leave feedback only when the buyer has left feedback. We shall not forget to leave you feedback as long as you leave feedback for us.
