Thank you for viewing my "About Me" page! I have been making and designing jewelry for 25 years. I make what I would wear myself and that has been good for my business.

I am very picky about quality and findings. I am a perfectionist and find that if something doesn't come up to my expectations then I won't sell it. I might wear it, but I won't sell it. When I come up with a new design I always wear the piece first to make sure it works. This way I know the necklace will lay right, or the earrings will hang correctly.

My specialty is pearls. I love pearls and beautiful stones that are unusual. Most of what I design and make is very classic in that it can be worn for the next 20 years and won't be dated. I don't do the "fadie" things like the bali and chrystal. If I won't wear it, I won't make it! And I think it is a good thing to have jewelry that is always appropriate wherever you go or whenever you choose to wear it. It is something you can leave for your daughters and or grandkids to wear 50 years from now. And pearls never go out of date! In fact this year is a really big year for pearls with teens! All the big singing artists are wearing them, be they fake or real.

I try to keep my pieces affordable because I believe that we should all be able to afford beautiful jewelry that is the "Real Deal." Also, I guarentee every piece for workmanship. My Life!

I am married and have a 19 year old daughter who always lets me know her opinions about my jewelry! It excites me when she actually likes something! Lately, she has liked a number of earrings. So this tells me that I am on the right road to please everyone. My husband is very supportive and helps with taking pictures and such.

My job was eliminated after 30 years and I find I can spend more time now creating. And I have to tell you that the creative aspect is very time consuming. I build my creations around the stone or bead itself, not the other way around. I have a wonderful dog named Buddy, and he is a buddy to all!
