Terms and Conditions: All of my auctions are clearly described in great detail of condition of any given item, as well as set shipping fees. Shipping fee's include a handling fee, so make sure you agree before you bid, as they are almost all set rates (lowest around I might add). If you take the time to bid, please make sure you make a mental note to pay (ie: I went on vacation, oh, I forgot to check my email,...ect ect ect, You bid, please take the time to complete the sale) our terms are very clear, payment within 3 days. We not only take Certified funds/ bank checks/ we also accept credit card payments direct.   These terms are for my protection, as well as to keep the deadbeat bidders away. Feedback:Neutral or negative feedback it totally unacceptable, if for any reason you are not happy with any purchase, you must (as per EBay's Rules and TOS) allow us 3 days to answer and respond to any problems. Any buyer that does not allow us the courtesy of this, will waive the return policy and/or any and all warrantees as per EBay's TOS.

Shipping: A Quick heads up for you guys buying arcade equipment, trucking companies avoid paying damage claims. Only New games are fully insured frieght, If your high dollar USED arcade machine is trashed, you will receive PENNIES on the pound. North American Van Lines, is a white glove in your home shipper, with a AAA+++ rating. If they destroy your machine, they will repair it, or replace it. They ship most arcade machines for around 385.00 in the lower 48, and they are our PREFERRED method of shipping. IT IS up to the buyer to verify the shipping rate, either call North American, or ask for a solid quote. If your home requires going up or down a flight of stairs, it will be extra, include this information when you call to verify shipping rates. If you want to save the money to ship freight, YOU take this risk ALONE. We will not haggle with trucking companies, its a waste of human resources. EVEN IF YOU GET A NEW UNIT, AND IT SHIPS FROM ANOTHER RETAILER AND NOT THE FACTORY, YOU ARE IN FOR A LONG PAINFULL FREIGHT COMPANY EXPERIENCE !!!!

Beware of other sellers, selling a similar item cheaper. We do not sell Knock off's, copies, off-brand junk monitors, or any other tactic to sell an item cheaper. If its cheaper, there IS a reason. We sell right above cost.
