At It’s Simply Zen we are committed to offering only superior products and exceptional customer service.

Shipping

It’s Simply Zen uses a variety of shipping methods, in an effort to ship to you in the most efficient and cost effective manner.  Smaller items typically ship via U.S. Postal First Class or Priority Service whereas larger items typicaly ship via UPS.  We ship multiple items purchased within the same shopping experience (within 2 days) together to save on shipping costs.  Should you wish to extend your shopping experience over a 3-4 day period of time, please send us an email and let us know to hold shipping your purchase until you contact us back letting us know you are ready to “check out” at which time we will send you an invoice for the sum total of all of your purchases and a combined shipping charge.

Items typically ship within 1 day of receiving cleared payment (handling time may be extended during peak seasons).

Returns

Please return any item you are unsatisfied with within 10 days of the ship date in original condition for a FULL REFUND less shipping costs. If an item was sent to you by mistake, described incorrectly or is arrives with a defect a full refund including shipping and handling will be offered.

Please note that It's Simply Zen sources only top quality gemstones and sterling silver for the handcrafted jewelry we design. Gemstones vary in color, size and personality.  As well, each jewelry piece is handcrafted and may vary slightly from piece to piece.  This adds to the individuality of each piece and is in no way a flaw.  Embrace the uniqueness of each piece!

CA State Sales Tax of 7.75% will be applied to orders shipped within California.
