Q.
How can it be Genuine if its so cheap?
Many people don't understand how we can sell brand names at sometimes
ridiculous prices - and believe its too good to be true - So how can we
do it? With many items for auction sometimes we don't make much at all,
however we need to clear the stock to make way for new models, so you the customer are the
big winner. With other items we may buy in bulk or get major
discounts from the authorised distributors who are looking to clear surplus stock or discontinued models. We pass on the savings and shave our
margins - so again you the customer can win.
All items are purchased through the Authorised Distributors and are 100%
genuine.

Q.
My item didn't come with a genuine case or tags - Its a fake!
If it doesn't mention a case in the listing don't expect a case - with
clearance stock our distributors rarely give us cases due to the low price
- we therefore don't offer any cases unless stated otherwise in the listing. However we may ship your item in another branded case if we have oversupply
in other branded cases. The same story goes for tags, we may de-tag items
- this has nothing to do with it being genuine or fake - you are buying
items from an authorised seller and we have a physical retail store with
most items on sale (at a higher price). If your still not convinced - then we recommend you DON'T BUY
!!

Q. Is there a manufacturers warranty?
Items come with a manufacturers warranty against defects. Most warranties are for 12months. We require the item to be returned to us before we can assess
whether it is a warranty claim (you the buyer need to pay the postage
to return it to us). Note: If you sat on your sunglass, or physically damaged them you can't, you
can't expect a repair or replacement under warranty. However if it is not under warranty, we can quote on replacement parts(arms, front, lenses) if it can be fixed. If at worst it cannot be fixed, we can offer you a replacement at a discounted price.

Q. How long does it take for my item to arrive?
When your item is shipped you will receive an email
notification - Email will go out to your email address that you have on file with Ebay(if this doesn't work then you won't receive tracking emails). From this point, depending on location and shipping method
you should expect the following delivery times (keep in mind sometimes
unforseen delays can occur due to customs or other issues with local
postal services).
- Within Australia: Express Post = 1-2 days. Registered
Post = 3-5 days.
- New Zealand: Registed Airmail = 3-5days.
- International(all other countries): Registered Airmail = 5-10 days.

Q. What if my item doesn't arrive?
If in Australia check your shipping email for your tracking# (or email us and we will supply). Call Australia Post on 131313 and quote your tracking#. If you need assistance email us.
If you are overseas
and have chosen Registered Post as your shipping method, please email us and we will track the item and get back to you. Note:
With International orders if you choose the cheapest method which
is Airmail and it doesn't arrive - Sorry - there is nothing we can do -
rather than take the risk choose Registered Post International - its trackable and a signature is required on delivery - plus its insured up to $100.

Why is International Shipping so expensive?
Australia Post has recently introduced Registered Post International. It will cost $21.95 AUD to receive your item within 5-10 business days, signature is required on delivery and your item is insured up to $100. Finally we think Australia Post is offering some value - and we can now offer you a cost effective method of international shipping that is secure.

Q. How do I get combined shipping?
When you go through checkout any items you have won will be combined automatically
and will give you a combined shipping price. If you think you are going
to buy more than one item - wait and pay once for all items - if you pay
individually - it may get shipped by our shipping department and you will
lose the combined shipping opportunity!

Q. When I go through Checkout - GST is added to the
order - I thought GST is Included?
GST is included in the price - you have mis-read the invoice total during
checkout. The GST amount is quoted in the Tax Invoice as this is required
by law - however it is not extra - it is already included.

Q. What if I am not happy with the Item - e.g. the
Quality or Size?
Don't panic - you can return the item - however we don't refund the postage
and we charge a 15% restocking fee to cover selling fees and other associated costs.
So before you return the item first work out if it is worth it. If there is a problem with the item please contact us immediately so we can sort it out for you. We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase - we will do our best to make you happy.

Q. How do I know if the sunglass give maximum UV
protection.
Australian sunglass standards are the highest in the world - to pass the
standard - all eyewear must eliminate no less than 95% UV Radiation. Note:
The darkness of the lens has nothing to do with the reduction in UV radiation. Unless stated otherwise - all of our sunglasses offer 100% UV protection.

Q.
What are the Category ratings all about?
As the darkness of the lens has nothing to do with the quality of UV protection
- the category ratings(1-3) can be misleading by stating good to very
good UV protection - there is basically no difference in UV protection
- the big difference is sunglare! Sunglare is direct glare - obviously
the darker the lens the more direct glare will be reduced - so if you
want to cut the glare on a sunny day go for a Category 3 sunglass - if
you want a sunglass for overcast - non-glare days then choose the category
1-2 (lighter lens). Remember if the lens is light or even clear it still
cuts UV rays. If in doubt email us.
Q. Do I need Polarised Lenses - are they better for my eyes?
Polarised lenses reduce reflected glare. They don't offer any further reduction in UV protection, but rather help cut that bounce back glare you get from the light reflecting off surfaces e.g. water. If you are fishing - Polarised is perfect, as you can see the fish. If you are a pilot, don't get Polarised as it takes away the contours of the clouds and can hinder the display of the LCD instrucments. If you are unsure email us.

Information
You
will be given shipping options during checkout. All prices are quoted
in the item description. Yes, we ship overseas. If you want to guarantee
delivery then you must select the Registered Post option or ECI for international
orders. If you want to take the risk then select the cheaper methods.
Most items arrive 99% of the time, however we cannot guarantee delivery
as it is out of our hands once given to the postal service.
- All
items are well packed so you can be confident that your item will
arrive safely.
- Where
multiple items are shipped, charges will be reduced. Our checkout
will calculate the reduced shipping cost.
- Insurance
is available, but may not be available to your destination - during
checkout if it is given as a choice then it is available for your
location.
- Items
are usually dispatched within 24 hours after payment has been cleared
- between Monday-Friday(excluding Public Holidays).

Policies
Returns
and Refunds
Refunds
are accepted with no questions asked. You must notify us with your intention
to return your item within 7 days of receipt. We will then email you with
confirmation and a return authorisation (RA) number. We must recieve your
item within 7 days if in Australia or 14 days international of you receiving
your RA number. Please enclose your RA number with your item. Goods must
be returned in the condition that they were received.
You (the buyer) are responsible for all shipping costs and liability when
returning items. Once the item/s have been received we will notify you
via email and refund the purchase price less the shipping cost and a re-stocking
fee of 15% of purchase price (covers eBays listing and final value fees).
Auction

- After
the auction is finished you will be sent an email, explaining in detail
how to pay using the above payment

- All payments
must be recieved within 10 days of the conclusion of the auction. After
this time period we will begin eBay's unpaid
