Nestled in the valleys of Shizuoka, Japan, this 30-year old enterprise maintains the traditional flavor, culture and heart of Japanese Tea. The Horiuchi's are dedicated to maintaining high quality, fertile soil, which will allow cultivation of the finest quality tea plants. Only carefully inspected seedlings are chosen, and are lovingly raised throughout the year. At harvest time,only the freshest leaves are picked. They are then immediately taken to the factory, to ensure maximum freshness.
