In early 1975, I have incorporated in California as a small manufacturing company.  When I discovered Internet I decided to sell products on-line.  For the last ten years I sell on eBay with huge success and despite fierce competition, I keep delivering first quality items for a fraction of the retail price.  We ship from our 3,000 ft² warehouse located in Santa Fe Springs, CA 90670 or directly from the manufacturer to save time and money.

• We accept direct credit card payments via telephone or secure fax.  Please fax your credit card details to 206-984-9281.  We will ship only to the billing address of your credit card. We also accept PayPal, Moneybookers and checks/money orders.  Checks will have to clear before we can ship your item.

• Feedback is very important to us and we ALWAYS work hard to immediately resolve any issue.  Please do not leave us derogatory feedback without allowing us to resolve the problem.

• Unless indicated otherwise, we gladly offer money back guarantee.  Within 30 days please return unused, uninstalled item for a full refund (less shipping).  Please return it prepaid and insured.

• We do not make money on shipping but many of our items are large and it is costly to ship them. We try to save you money whenever possible but shipping can be very expensive. We always offer free pick-up on items we have in stock.

• Some of our products are shipped directly from the manufacturers to save time and money.  Very seldom, the manufacturer is out of the item and we have to wait several days until they ship your part.  Please be patient but if you cannot wait we will refund your payment.
