This page was just created to fill in any blanks for a particular auction or as a FAQ if I am asked any common questions.
Regarding my one Neutral feedback: If anyone really cares.....This buyer could not communicate in English and appears to have been using someone else's computer. I'm not sure they were all that proficient in Spanish either. I translated all my replies into Spanish and sent both the English and Spanish. I sent the newsletter at least 6 times. To two different eMail addresses, with and without the attachment and in plain and hypertext. I also sent a copy free via US Mail. In the feedback the buyer says he knows I sent the letter. He knows because I emailed a copy of the Post Office receipt. How they could get the email with the image of the receipt and the dozen or so other eMails but not the emails with the hypertext and plain text messages, I don't know. The buyer never asked for a refund. The out of pocket expenses for this $4.89 item were $2.30 in eBay Listing, Pay Pal, and US postage fees. And I still would have sent a refund if only the buyer had asked.Regarding my one Negative feedback: If anyone really cares.....It is obvious from his eMails that this buyer didn't read the listing. I was selling a newsletter discussing why cell phone SIM cloners don't work and he wanted to BUY a SIM CLONER. While I offered to work with him if he would just tell me what he wanted, he left negative feedback WITHOUT even asking for a refund. Which I would have given. Notice, at the end, for all his innocent complaining, he finally had read the listing. His negative feedback cited the one thing I will give automatic refunds for. Misrepresentation. That's what the whole newsletter is about.

First, if you have a problem, please, please, please email me about it and let me fix it before you leave feedback. That way you can honestly leave positive feedback about how I fixed the problem! I respect others who maintain a high feedback rating.
For those who have perfect feedback ratings over 40, I accept personal checks under $100 as cash. No waiting to clear.
I will always inform you about what I am about to do before I do it.
I will entertain all special requests. Foreign shipment, special packing, guarantees, whatever you request, I will try to accommodate. Please just Ask Before You Bid.
My 200% Personal Check Guarantee:
I hate paying $1 for $10 money orders. I hate paying vigorish (not that they're not worth it) to Ebay, PayPal and everyone else. Therefore, I pay with personal check when I can. What I ask is that, based on my feedback rating, you ship the goods ASAP. I didn't get this rating just to steal your $20 worth of goods. I ask that you not hold my goods until my check clears. Its extra work for all of us to keep track of the checks and delayed shipments. That's why we pay PayPal.
What I offer in return is, if I bounce a personal check to you because of INSUFFICIENT FUNDS, I will pay you twice the amount of the check and twice the amount of any bank charges you incur because of that bad check. If you've already shipped my goods.
On 7/8/03 I changed my user ID at the STRONG urging of Ebay. It appears that having your Email address as your ID makes you a target for account fraud. I must admit that I've been getting a whole lot of weird email lately so I switched. No other reason.
