While there are many other sellers of similar products, we take pride in our great customer service! We only sell terrific products and we normally ship in stock items within 24 hrs., and back order items within 7 days.
Please be aware that it is possible that we may from time to time run out of stock on a particular item listed in our ebay store. While we make every attempt at maintaining a complete inventory it is not always possible. Occasionally items may be on backorder and temporarily out of stock. Some suppliers take longer than others to ship. We try to anticipate these conditions and we want you to know that it may take a week or possibly longer to ship your purchased item.

We do not leave feedback until after we have received your feedback. Please be patient, we do hundreds of transactions every month and we can't always post feedback immediately.

We accept legitimate returns.
Our Definition of a legitimate return:
I ordered brownie and you sent me vanilla cake batter instead. I would like to return this and exchange it for the correct item.
Or, The item was received in damaged condition and I took the recommended insurance for $1.70. I would like to return the damaged item for a replacement.
We will accept all legitimate returns. By legitimate we don't mean you can return it because you changed your mind. By legitimate we don't mean you were completely unfamiliar with a product and when you received it, it was not quite what you expected, so now you want to return it. By legitimate we don't mean you think the color of a fragrance appears to be too dark, and even though it smells good and just as it should you still want to return it.
If you want the kind of customer service where all returns are accepted for any reason, no matter what, please go to a high end retail store and pay full price. They can afford that kind of return policy, we can not. We charge very reasonable prices and offer great service for the price.
All returns are conditional on meeting our the following requirements: In order to return merchandise, you must obtain an RMA number from our customer service department.
You may return any unopened merchandise (except Skincare and Haircare items) in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 30 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less shipping and any gift wrapping charges.
All returns will be at our discretion and are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded.
Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on Skincare or Haircare items due to health reasons. Please make your selections carefully.

All returns must be shipped back to e-ScentialBeauty.com using USPS Delivery Confirmation.
Any package that has not been received by e-Scentialbeauty.com and tracking information cannot be provided, will be the sole responsibility of the shipper.

If your package is returned to e-Scentialbeauty.com marked as "refused", "unclaimed", or "undeliverable", and you would like to have it re-shipped, we will unfortunately need to charge a $4.95 re-shipping fee.
