Who am I buying from? J & L Candles is a local owned and operated business.  We pride ourselves with our handmade and handpoured candles.  We are also a candle supply distributor on some candle items such as wicking, tarts, etc.  Check back often.  How do I purchase an item? To purchase an item on eBay you either 1) need to bid on the item within an auction setting (and win the auction with the highest bid) or 2) click on the "Buy It Now" button in a fixed price setting. You will then be notified within 24 hours via email with instructions onhow to complete the transaction.  We would like payment within 24 hours of winning the bid.  What is your Shipping Policy? Orders ship M-S via the US Postal Service.  We ship either First Class Mail or Priority Mail.  All orders are shipped out within 24 hours after payment has been received.   What is your Return Policy? We do not accept any returns unless we have made the mistake.  This includes ALL orders.  Please do not buy an item and then when you get it expect a refund because you failed to CORRECTLY read the entire listing.  No refunds on ANY Shipping and Handling charges unless we have made the mistake.   What Kind of Customer Service help do you offer? We pride ourselves on having high-quality customer service.  We have lots of repeat Customers and we plan on keeping it that way.  You can contact us via Ebay email for any questions.  Once you have paid for any item with us there will be additional contact information on your invoice.
