Welcome, and thanks for visiting!
Let me start with an introduction of how I got here (Ebay, that is) in the first place.
I started out in Ebay the way I think most people do, as a way to make some extra money while still working at my full-time job. I had some things that were cluttering up my (seriously overcrowded!) house, and figured that someone else could use them, so instead of just getting rid of them, I started selling some of the stuff on Ebay.
It took almost no time for me to realize that this was a lot more fun than I had thought, so I started looking into ways to get to make it into a real business. I spent several months of heavy research finding out how other people had become successful, how to locate products that people would want, how to reduce costs so that I could sell at a reasonable price while still making enough money to make it worthwhile, etc.
I wanted to be able to do well for me, but I also wanted to do well for my customers (otherwise, there's not a lot of fullfilment in any job), and I've always believed in a win-win situation. I was very pleased to find that most of the successful sellers recommend taking care of the customers as a successful way to build a business. I liked the sound of this a lot!
So it appeared that I could start building a real business, add some extra value by providing interesting or important items, and doing so at a reasonable price! Now that is a win-win situation!
With each item I sell, I try to keep the customer informed at each stage of the process (when the auction has ended, when the item will ship, when it has shipped, and a follow up to be sure that they received it okay. Also, I like to let each of my customers know that they can contact me any time, either through the "Ask the Seller a Question" facility, or via my personal email account:
