Responce to neg feedback left on 17th July by asvj3

Customer bought the bushes for a Neon Mk1 because he assumed these were the same as they look similar.

He then e mailed this: The parts were much bigger than the parts on my car. they look pretty much the same, so on the pic they looked fine, but they were much too big.

I said to him I would credit him his money if he gave me his registration number which he refused to do. So as for the liar & theif, i'm afraid there's only one of them & isn't me, as 11'000 + feedback comments proove. Never mind, every dog has its day!

Hi, I will answer all questions as quickly as I can. Any questions asked on the weekend won't be answered until Monday, I have to get away from this computer at some point.

As you can see by my feedback, previous customers are happy with the goods I have provided & the speed at which they received them. I try my utmost best to send goods out the same day as payment is received. I normally go to the general Sorting post office 5.45pm every working day. This is why some customers are shocked to receive their goods  after purchasing them at 5.15pm the previous day!

For "Special Delivery, next day by 1pm" please note that Royal Mail now charge an additional £2.00 for a Saturday delivery. So, if you purchase goods from me on a Friday, they will be delivered on the Monday unless you pay the extra £2.00 & e-mail me to state you want "Saturday Delivery"

IF NOBODY COLLECTS WITHIN A CERTAIN TIME, ITEM IS SENT BACK TO US AND IT WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO REPAY POSTAGE COSTS FOR US TO RESEND YOUR PACKAGE AS WE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR NO ONE BEING AT HOME OR NON COLLECTION OF PACKAGE FROM SPECIFIED DESTINATION ON CARD LEFT BY POSTMAN.
