We are starting Our 4th year!
My name is Judy; I want to tell you a little about myself, how we started this business, and where your DVDs, cds, etc come from before they get to you. I was a Nurse for 21 years. I am now handicapped and I do not want to receive disability.
I have 3 Wonderful Children and a Great Family. I have 2 sons: one is a wonderful Chef (he did the Governor’s Ball in NM before & through the years he has served many famous people) & he now cooks for another special group of people. The other son is Was in the US Army, was an Independent Contrator Teaching in Iraq (3rd tours in Iraq) & Now he is An Employee Of the US Government. He has the best wife; she is his other half. We are lucky to have her as part of our family. She has given my son support and 2 Wonderful Sons. 4 Tours in Iraq, they Still have a strong & loving marriage. That says alot for them in these days and times.
Then there is Cassie my 24 year old daughter, she is my right hand & sometime both. She & I started this business together. Cassie is most wonderful daughter, person, friend, and partner I have ever known. She knows her music and movies (all genres), so when we decided to start a business. We decided to make it something we enjoyed. This is what we came up with!! We still (after 4 years) read your feedback, and love to hear you are happy & enjoyed your purchases.

We try to be as honest as possible, when listing to insure your satisfied with your purchses. In doing so we list condition & any defects, etc We are Human & do make mistakes, Sometimes we miss things, or lister messes up or we had a bad day & grab wrong dvd.
My Point is: We know and understand what it is like to not receive what is described in a listing. That is why I will not do it to you. We do Make mistakes, we are not perfect !
If We mess up give us a chance to fix it or make it right. That is all We ask.
We are not experts on dvds, I am not selling for that rare collector of movies, but the viewer. I know that will turn some off, but it is the truth when we evaluate a dvd for listing; we are looking at what we think is important that is playability and viewablity. We strive to keep prices affordable, so if we get a deal you get a deal. I have a Box of dvds beside my desk that look fake to me!! I would not send them to you.
We receive items from many different places most are new overstocks, shelf pulls or damaged pacakaging. In some cases the item may have the plactic sleeve cut when box was opened, other it is the case is crushed but sealed. Others the shrink wrap is missing, but the are sealed with security tape (some times one of the three tapes is missing) which makes it unsaleable in the stores. Other times a dvds is rattling it is assumed they are broken and they get rid of them.
We have started putting OPP Bags on our CDs & DVDs That are not already sealed. The OPP Plastic Bag is clear so that the case and or label will show through, they are self adhesive, & resealable Bags . A perfect solution for protecting CD and DVD Cases. These are not Factory Shrinkwrap! & Are for Protection Only!
When we receive dvds we check them, test them, and replaces damaged cases with new ones. If they rattle we open them check them & see why, if nothing is broken we place dvd back on spindle. The used items we purchase are tested, inspected several times, repaired and cleaned if needed.
We Never Re-seal Any Items!! I know that some dealers do. But WE DON’T!
As a buyer I know what I like: honesty of the listing & delivery of what I purchased (in a timely manner). We vow to make every attempt to do just that. We still make honest mistake from time to time, but we always try to fix them in a timely manner and to be fair. We answer email several times a day & send package out at least once a day 6 days a week. Some Buyers have been upset in the past about delays in receiving their items. In our defense most of our items are sent First Class Mail & all items are sent within 24 hours w/ Delivery conformation. Some buyers Hold us responsible for delivery. Once the item has left our hands, we have no control over the items. In the past We have made every attempt to help, contact USPS, and even replace & refunded items lost by the USPS trying to resolve the issue.
