It is with great pleasure that I introduce to you JAMBS JEWELRY. Our company started in 1999 with a general website, then furthering its venues into auctions, market place and industry professionals. Our pride in offering only top quality products, exceptional customer service and competitive pricing has made JAMBS JEWELRY the company of choice for buyers seeking high quality fashion jewelry. Our main goal is to provide our customers and clients with only the best quality fashion jewelry in the industry and to keep them 100% satisfied with their purchase. At Jambs, we don't offer good customer service, we offer "Killer Customer Care"! What's that you might ask? Well, care is something more special than service. Care is something you might do to a family member or so. We might send you a little something extra in your package, we would respond to you very quickly after you contact us and identify a problem, we want to know how we can help and listen to what you say and if you're a regular, we would reach out to you occasionally just to say "Hi" and be sure your latest purchases are to the standard that you would expect from us. That's just a brief version of our "Killer Customer Care".

Why did we call our business JAMBS JEWELRY?

Well, what a great question. Such an odd name with a lot of meaning. We first started out as M&A Products, which was for the 2 business partners, Mark and Anthony. Then over the time frame of about 3 years, we adopted 2 small babies and their names are James and Brayden. So we just put all of the first letters of the names together and formed JAMB's M&A Products LLP, which is our current TRADE NAME in the state of New Hampshire. What does James and Brayden do while I'm in the office, well, they talk to me and ask questions about the jewelry and read the letters that I type to you. They sometimes assist in counting envelopes, jewelry pieces and incoming stock. They have fun with little jobs, but make way for the back yard or cartoons very quickly. We certainly love them to tears, and if it weren’t for them you wouldn't be reading about JAMBS right now.
