Shipping & Handling   Buyer Pays Shipping.
 
Customer service & return policy   DOA and Defective Items will be exchanged only Within 14 Days of Receipt unless stated otherwise in the auction description.   Buyer pays return shipping.  Seller pays shipping of exchanged items back to buyer.  No exceptions.  If there is a problem within 14 days of receipt of the item simply email us and we will gladly make it right for you.  Refunds will only be given at our discretion.  Refunds will not include shipping costs.  All items have been marked and sealed by us to prevent fraudulent returns.  All returned items will be tested and inspected before any action is taken.  A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all non-defective returns.

To protect bidder privacy, when the price or highest bid on an item reaches or exceeds a certain level, User IDs will be displayed as anonymous names. For auction items, a bold price means at least one bid has been received.
