not so fine print (A little about us):
We are a
group of Senior Citizens that love to do crafts, work with our hands and
shop. When we say Handmade, it truly is. We take pride in the things we
offer to you, and hope that you enjoy them.
Feedback:
We
believe in leaving feedback for you as soon as your part of the
transaction has ended. We will never hold your feedback hostage because
we do not think that is fair or accurate. We want your honest opinion on
how we are doing and how we can improve.
Shipping
and Handling:
We add
$1.00 to the shipping charge for handling. This helps to offset the
costs of paper, ink, envelopes, tape (and we like using tape), internet,
gas and the time involved.
We will
gladly combine shipping for multiple items. Please wait to pay for
multiple items until you have received an invoice from us. Ebay does not
correctly figure postage for multiple items. We will calculate the
postage manually, usually saving you some money. Please email us at J and F Traders
to let us know that you wish to combine your shipping.
Privacy
Policy:
We will
never sell or distribute your personal information for any reason. We
believe in building strong relationships with our customers. This means
that your information is yours, not ours to sell.
