~~Refund Policy~~

Each item is carefully inspected and thoroughly described in its listing.

However, should you desire a refund, please contact me within 3 days of item receipt.

I will gladly issue a refund of bid/purchase price less a 10% re-stocking fee (this covers the listing fees that I will not get back) upon the item's safe return to me. S/h & insurance fees are non-refundable.

Item must be mailed within one week of refund request. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, including delivery confirmation & insurance, unless there was an error. I won't be able to refund shipping in cases of fit, minor color variations, buyer's remorse, etc.

Item must be in the same condition as when it was delivered - unworn and unwashed with all tags still in place.

If there is an error in the listing or in any way on my part, you will get a full refund of both purchase price and shipping both ways, upon the item's safe return to me.
(I will issue a RMA # TO BE PLACED ON OUTSIDE OF PACKAGE)

Explanation of Item/Clothing Conditions
These conditions are geared mostly towards clothing, the bulk of my business, but give some indication of my commitment to honest listing and full disclosure.

NWT/New With Tags: Almost self explanatory. Item will be new with tags attached "Tags" may be subjective - sometimes only the price tag or manufacturer's labels. Please be reassured all my items (unless stated otherwise) are new retail items.

NWOT/New Without Tags: Still New except the tags have went MIA

On occasion I will pick up something that will have a flaw but still completely wearable or repairable. I will state it clearly as such in the auction ad.

Many of my items (especially Deb and Charlotte Russe) are sized for Junior/Missy sizes and fit smaller. I always list measurements and if you need a measurement not listed to determine fit just ask me. I will gladly get the measurement for you.
