of expressing our thanks to our dear patrons and clients.
Note on Negative Feedback:
Generally, we are a friendly lot of people trying to share beauty but apparently some people dont appreciate our efforts in providing extra service and resolving insurance issues. Some people just threaten to leave negative feedback when they had some "broken" items and demand immediate full refund. Unfortunately, it is not the way to resolve things properly. Firstly, such people should let us know immediately, not after a week or a month of the incident and must submit photos for verification (some people dont backup their claims and just demand their money back). We are not such whether they want to scam us or not or whether they are for real or not. Some either acted to stop communicating which leaves us nowhere and hanging, then suddenly will leave a negative feedback. To help protect ourselves, we have outlined our basic policies regarding such incidents below, if you dont agree to them, nor cooperate in such cases, please dont bid. We dont send broken items and if you are not willing to risk a little or trust us, then you might as well refrain from bidding and complaining later.
Another case was that we were accused of scamming but everything is well-written and computations for combined shipping is always explained, we have this simple formula to simplicate the quoting since we get many inqiuries and emails everyday, if you are not amenable to our rules, policies, philosophy of us trying bring and share quality and premium items, then, please dont bid and bother and waste our time here. Either you agree or not, if you try to impose you own rules with a little of flavor or arrogance and untactfulness, you will get the same wrath. Please respect our rules.
Other than such cases, please expect our service to be delivered as expected, sometimes, with a little add-ons as appreciation for your support and patronage, our loyal customers know true value and service.
Shipping Time and Schedule:
Since we outsource many items and some items are located in our separate warehouses, scheduling a batch shipping date is quite hard, especially arranging for all the logistics and handling locally, please understand that there might be a delay or anything, but please be assured that we are working on it and processing your orders. If you have special requests, please let us know beforehand or don't hesitate to communicate with us. Basically, tracking information is registered with the paypal transaction page once it is being prepared or ready for shipment, please help yourself and use it to check the status of your package in the website of EMS Japan here.
COMBINED SHIPPING Policy:
Less 12.5% of total individual shipping costs/per package as deemed for safety concerns.
For example: 2 items with shipping at $100 and $50, shipping would be ($100 + $50 = $150) x 87.5% = $131.25.
To make sure, buyers who plan to bid on more than 1 item must contact and ask us before placing your bids for confirmation purposes. No post-auction haggling. DO NOT GO ON BIDDING SPREES if you are not sure what you are going to pay.
There are instance where we will have to ship items separately due to different locations of the items, size, weight, and safety concerns. Again, we don’t accept haggling after the auctions. Only EMS unless specified because only EMS, has tracking online number that can be registered with Paypal and therefore protect sellers like us from fraudulent buyers who do not declare arrival of items. SEA and SAL does not offer protection to us and to you. Generally, EMS shipments pay no or less taxes than items shipped via SEA/SAL. Shipping costs are FIXED and include transaction, packing and handling costs.
REFUND POLICY:
If you are not happy with item, we would be happy to refund the sales price only less 30% restocking fee plus other applicable costs deemed by the seller without the shipping costs and shipping back to us is to be borne by the bidder. It must be returned within 7 days from receipt of the item. If the piece arrives broken to us, we will not issue any refund so please make sure the condition is the same as when we sent it. PLEASE JUDGE from the photos. We have the right to cancel anyone if I see that your background is not trustworthy from the feedback. This is just a caution to protect us but we are sure that you will be happy with the item!
Please ask for details if you are not sure about the description and they seem to be unbelievable to you, and do not try to bid, win and buy items and then later ASK and try to smart out/cash out SELLERS like us for small listing mistakes by asking for refund or money back for misdescription of anything.
WHAT YOU SEE IS WHAT YOU GET
INSURANCE POLICY:
In some unavoidable circumstances, items get lost or broken and in those cases, insurance for lost or broken items are only refunded when we get the compensation from the post office after some time when the whole compensation application process is complete. The buyer must send photos of the pictures to our email within a week and report immediately the broken items to their post offices and send us a scanned or photocopy of the file/damage report as well. Basically refund or item exchange is also available in some cases but normally refund will be given after receipt of compensation. In cases of these shipping accidents or brokerage, insurance compensation will only be given after you cooperate with the process and we receive the money from the Post. Patience is also needed.
