Where is Japan Shop Direct located?
Japan Shop Direct is located in Fukuoka, Japan. We have been in business since 1999 and after years of serving our customers domestically we decided to branch off and sell internationally via ebay in 2005. Since opening up our business to customers outside Japan we have had many positive experiences and we look forward to serving you.

Can you assist me in sourcing a certain auto part that I am looking for?
Absolutely! We offer only a fraction of our stock for sale on ebay so please contact us and if we have the item we will post it up on ebay. Also we have extensive resources here in Japan and can often locate the part you are looking for in a timely manner.

We try to make your sales experience a positive and memorable one.
We fully inspect all items before offering it up for sale on ebay. We take pictures of every single item that we sell and never reuse pictures from previous auctions. It is our promise to you that the pictures in the listing is the same item that you will receive. Since doing business on an international level we have had the pleasure of earning the business from many repeat customers. We are happy to have built and cultivated our reputation with our customers that is based on trust.

What shipping methods do you use? What is your shipping schedule?
All items ship from our office in Fukuoka, Japan and are sent via EMS Speedpost. We ship twice a day, six days a week.

Do you offer any other shipping methods?
Currently we only ship via EMS. We believe EMS provides the safest, quickest, and most reliable service for dispatching goods from Japan to your country. EMS is very fast, is fully insurable and full trackable making it the best choice for us and our customers.

Returns/Exchanges:
New Items: Due to the high cost of international Air Mail we cannot accept returns so please be sure of the item you are purchasing.

Used Items: All of our used stock is tested before being put up for auction. In the event that an item is damaged in transit we will assist you in filing a claim as all EMS shipments are fully insured. If the problem is the fault of Japan Shop Direct we will accept the return.
