A Little About Us:

JaSt Graphics is a signing and decal business created by Tommy Rosati in 2005 and is based in the Seattle area.  Tommy has been working with computer graphics since 1996.  Tommy is very familiar with both vector/line & pixel graphics.  Tommy is married to an active duty US Naval Officer named Heather.  Tommy & Heather have two children, Jacob & Stephanie.

JaSt Graphics' mission; We are dedicated to customer service by creating quality products from quality materials at reasonable prices. 

We create ALL of our own products in our SMOKE FREE shop.

•  Feedback:

Here at JaSt Graphics, the only thing we love more than giving Positive Feedback is getting Positive Feedback.  We do not leave feedback once payment is received because we evaluate entire transactions, not just payments.  We only leave feedback once feedback is left for us.  There will be no exceptions to this policy. 

• Shipping & Handling:

We ship most items within 48 hours of when payment is received.  We do NOT ship on Saturdays, Sundays or US holidays.   We ship exclusively via the United States Postal Service.

JaSt Graphics is not responsible for any taxes, customs fees etc. associated with exporting or importing our products into any county outside of the United States.  Please be aware of any taxes or fees your residing country may charge you to receive our products if you are considering purchasing from us. 

• Payment:

Payment is due (in our possession) within 7 days of purchase.  If payment is not received within 7 days, we will file an "Unpaid Item Dispute" with eBay on the 8th day solely to recoup any relevant eBay listing fees.  If you have a problem meeting our payment criteria, simply email us and we will do our best to work with you. 

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express credit cards (through Paypal) as well as Paypal. 

• Return policy:

JaSt Graphics is dedicated to 100% customer satisfaction.  If you are not satisfied with your item(s), return it within seven (7) days of receiving it/them for a full refund (minus shipping & handling charges).  JaSt Graphics does not give partial refunds.

Our Products:

• Decals

Our decals are made from 6 year indoor/outdoor Oracal vinyl and can be applied to most any smooth surface.  (If you have a question whether or not our vinyl will adhere to a particular surface, feel free to email us.)  Our decals are shipped flat and come ready to install with clear Application Tape already applied.  All you have to do is peal, stick & remove application tape. 

• Magnets:

The magnetic material we use is Xtruded Magnetic Sheeting.  It's a 30 mil flexible sheeting.  It's magnetized with 14 poles per inch compared to 12 poles per inch for other brands, insuring optimum adhesion.  What does all this mean?  It simply means that the magnetic material we use is much thicker and more durable then the typical magnets one will find in large retail stores.  Combine this magnetic material with our Oracal vinyl and you have a high quality magnet that will last for years!

• Signs:

We have a variety of signs that we sell.  Our aluminum signs are .40 gauge thick, which means they are extremely durable, yet light enough to easily hang on a wall with a small nail. 

The vinyl graphics on our signs are placed on one side only unless specifically stated otherwise.  Double sided signs are available upon request.
