Welcome to my e-bay store Heart and Soul. I sell handmade doll clothes to fit the American Girl. I will sometimes have handmade craft items. I am also downsizing my craft and fabric collection. Thanks for looking.

Heart and Soul

I had an interest in sewing from a very early age.  When I received my first Barbie I began making clothes for her. I was hooked on dolls and doll clothing.  I remember my grandfather taking me to his sister's home when I was about 8.  She showed me her quilt sewing room.  I was in awe and wanted to do that too.  Thus my second passion evolved.

 
American Girl Outfit

I am a retired school teacher.  I taught for 31 years and enjoyed my career.  I started by teaching Grades 7 and 8.  Along with homeroom subjects I taught Home Economics. With budget cuts this program was eliminated and I decided to teach in the Junior division Grades 4 or 5.  This is where I was introduced to the American Girl.  I fell in love with the whole concept immediately.

I have been selling on e-bay for close to 3 years now and loving every minute of it. I am now venturing into opening an e-bay store.
