The high bidder must confirm his/her win within three (3) days of winning and provide full name and address. I reserve the right to contact the next highest bidder or relist the item after three days.

BRAND-NEW BIDDERS WITH A FEEDBACK RATING OF LESS THAN TEN (10) POSITIVES--I will consider our transaction void if I receive no communication from you within three (3) days of close of auction.

Payment is expected within SEVEN (7) days after the auction ends. I accept Cashier's Checks, Money Orders and Paypal. Bidders paying with Paypal must be confirmed/verified Paypal users and must include insurance costs with their payments. I will only ship to the customer's registered address in accordance with Paypal's guidelines. I will not take responsibility for any cash sent in the mail if it's lost.

I SHIP TO THE USA AND CANADA. ITEMS ARE SHIPPED ONCE A WEEK VIA U.S. POSTAL SERVICE. Bidders pay $3.00 in the U.S.A. and Canada. I will combine shipping upon request for up to three items within the U.S.A. The bidder must email me descriptions and item numbers so the items can be packaged together. INSURANCE REQUIREMENT--Insurance is $1.35 for up to $50 coverage. I CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR UNINSURED ITEMS THAT BECOME LOST IN THE MAIL OR ARRIVE IN A DAMAGED CONDITION. Insurance is not available for Canada.

Any bidder wishing to return an item or receiving a damaged item must notify me within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt.

Both U.S.P.S and U.P.S. require that the person receiving an item damaged in transit present the item and all original packaging to a local post office in a timely manner. I will initiate the claim by filing the claim form and receipt, and obtain a claim number, which I can provide upon request. The post office will then contact you by mail and require you to present the item and all original packing material to your post office for processing of your claim.

U.S.P.S. takes action for lost items only after thirty (30) days. I will forward a claim form which must be signed and dated after the thirty (30) days have transpired. Upon receipt of the claim form, I will submit that form, insurance receipt, and payment documentation to the post office and obtain a claim number, which I can provide upon request.

Any bidder having major concerns about an item received, such as, not being as described, must notify me within forty-eight (48) hours and I must give authorization for the return. The item must be returned via insured, first class mail in the exact same type of shipping container with identical packing materials and must be postmarked within three days of receipt. Upon receipt, the bid amount will be refunded less shipping fees, insurance, and Ebay fees. If I really inadvertently misrepresented an item, I'll reimburse the shipping costs both ways.

1. To relist an item or contact the next highest bidder if bidder does not provide name and address within three (3) days of close of auction;
2. To cancel bids from any bidder with hidden feedback, negative feedback, a history of "bounced" checks, or who is uncooperative or adversarial;
3. To restart or cancel an auction if (a) I discover that the item is erroneously described or important information was not disclosed, (b) Ebay experiences system failures within twenty-four (24) hours of close of auction, (c) item images become corrupt, disappear or are in error, (d) a bid retraction or cancellation is received or becomes necessary within thirty-six (36) hours of auction close (e) no bids are received within thirty-six (36) hours of auction start.

I will address each and every issue/problem in a fair and reasonable manner. If possible, I would like to work out any problem or concern before a bid is submitted. Having said that, the above terms must be acceptable to each prospective bidder.
