Welcome to JCB Designs! My name is Jen Willoughby and I run JCB Designs and Runner Girl Fabric from my home while raising my two young daughters.  I attended Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo and received a degree in Speech Communication in 2000.  I then went on to attend San Jose State University where I received a Master's degree in Counselor Education as well as a Pupil Personnel Services credential in 2004.  I started JCB Designs in 2005 when I was pregnant with my first daughter.  Originally, JCB Designs was a small creative business.  I made baby blankets and handbags.  When the demands of motherhood became too much for craft time, I changed to selling fabric.  I am now able to maintain my mom duties and have fun selling beautiful fabrics at the same time. JCB Designs and Runner Girl Fabric are above all customer oriented businesses.  I strive to give excellent customer service.  I try to provide products that please my customers at fair prices.  I want to make your buying experience as pain free as possible.  Please feel free to contact me with any comments or requests.  I could not keep JCB Designs and Runner Girl Fabric great without my customers!
