I have been selling on Ebay for a few years now and have built relationships with many loyal customers based on one main theme. Total Customer Satisfaction!! Nearly every one of my customers have left positive feedback. The reason behind this is simple. I treat all customers with courtesy and respect. I understand that we all have lives outside of Ebay and things do come up from time to time that may delay payment or delay shipping an item that I have purchased from them. Keeping an open and clear line of communication between buyer and seller has been my trade secret!! If you buy something from me or sell me something don't be surprised to receive several messages thanking you, updating you on the status of your item, or just to say I'm excited to receive your item!! I would like to thank all of my fantastic customers for making my Ebay experience so rewarding!!
As I gain experience and work out the ever-present logistics problems associated with increasing sales volume on Ebay, I'll expand my offerings from stuff I find around the house to working with outside clients to offer their wares on Ebay!!
