Hi Everyone, I am Char

I started out on ebay just buying, mostly clothing.  I love clothes and especially shoes.  Then I decided I wanted to try selling and started out with all types of clothing.  After a couple of years selling, because I love vintage lingerie and have collected it myself for many years, I decided to stay mostly with just that.  I did a LOT of research for several years before I even started selling on ebay because I did not want to sell something that I did not have a large amount of information about.  I have never stopped researching and keep notebooks with all my info in them so I can keep referring back to them.  I much prefer to do my own research rather than to rely on someone else's because I have found there is a lot of misinformation being given out.  I am either blessed or cursed to have been born an Aries and sometimes overwork striving to achieve perfection.

I have an absolutely wonderful husband, not perfect, but wonderful.  He is a big help to me with doing ebay.  He is the one who drives to the post office every day it is open to get your packages out quickly.  He is also the one who brings me my morning coffee most of the time.  Once in a while I have to get it myself  :(   And when I get the big packages delivered, he is the one who carries them in the house to me. He also cooks and does other things around the house for me so I have the time to do my ebay.   And, he has to listen to all the ebay talk even when he doesn't feel like it. LOL  Besides spending time with my hubby and reading my Bible, my most favorite thing to do is spending time with our three grandchildren.  Renee' who loves horseback riding will soon be a teenager (where has the time gone), Stephanie (our dancing girl) is 11, and Adam (Grammie's boy who is VERY smart) is almost 7.  Just so you know it is not just that I am prejudice, Adam was given the option to skip a grade at the end of this school year.  He decided not to because he wanted to stay with his friends.

I came up with my ebay name "jcjams" because my hubby and I have been selling homemade jams and baked goods at area farmers' markets for 20 years.  The j is for John (my hubby) and the c for Char.  Up until this year I didn't list much, if anything, from May through September because I was too busy baking for the markets.  Several months ago I became a power seller and decided I would keep my ebay going straight through from now on.  We dropped two of the markets so I would have the time to continue listing.  I have a lot more fun with the vintage lingerie than the baking anyway.

I want to especially thank all of you for making my ebay business the success that it is.  I work very hard to offer you only the finest pieces of vintage lingerie, and spend a lot of time checking each piece over several times to make sure I don't miss any problems.  Any pieces other than New With Tags, or obviously Never Worn, are hand washed by me, hanged to dry, and then ironed before I picture them for listing.  They are ironed once again just before I carefully wrap them to send out to you.  All packages are sent discreetly and customs forms are simply marked "clothing".

I hope all of you will continue to keep coming back for more of my vintage lingerie, because I very much enjoy spending the time to look for the finest pieces to offer for your consideration.  I also love hearing from so many of you about how happy you are with the items you receive, and the compliments on my listings.  Your sellers never get tired of these type emails.  A big "THANK YOU" to each and everyone of you and God Bless.
