I believe the feedback system is a place to share a good experience and occasionally a not so good experience. It is a place to compliment your trading partner. It is poor manners to request feedback. Feedback is voluntary.
I believe prompt shipping and careful packaging should be expected and provided. The winning bidder is a customer and should be treated as such, with respect and consideration.
I believe an honest description is a sign of respect to the customer. The customer deserves exactly what is described. The customer has the right to return an item that is not as described.
I believe communication between seller and buyer is the key to success on eBay. If you have a question, contact me directly right away -- I will make it right.
