Before you leave feedback, please read this:
In the real world 4 out of 5 stars is "good".
On Ebay, 4 stars is a vote to sanction your seller!
Ebay is using 4's on the DSR's to sanction sellers and increase fees, all the while telling buyers that a 4 star DSR means "good". This is resulting in higher prices, less selection, and more difficult searches.
Here's how Ebay is using a "good" 4 star rating:
4.85 – minimum for 20% PowerSeller FVF discount 4.75 – minimum for 15% PowerSeller FVF discount 4.55 – minimum for 5% PowerSeller FVF discount 4.55 – minimum for standard search standing 4.25 – listings subject to further demotion in search results
