eBay, who?!

Admist all the moving plans, the celebration of their first anniversary is abbreviated. In search of something special (and affordable) to get for her husband, she checks out eBay. There's a lot to be said of those early eBay commericals of everyday people dancing and twirling to a catchy show tune. Our newlywed searches on eBay and to her surprise, she finds a pocket watch being sold for $20 that would make the perfect gift! The watch is shipped promptly and, as they say, the rest is history...

... I am an experienced buyer and seller having been part of the ebay community since April 2001. I started selling June of 2004. I am not a full-time seller... yet! But with an expanding family, that is very likeyly to change.

My husband and I have been married since May 2000. We have a 3 year old son and a 11 month old daughter. Personally, I have found eBay to be an invaluable tool in providing my family with quality and affordable clothing, toys, electronics... you name it! I have had wonderful experiences and relatively few bad ones, with buying and selling on ebay.

What I Sell

I have a passion for selling plus-sized, woman's clothing! I periodically sell children's clothing. I particularly enjoy passing on great deals for unique and name brand items that I happen to come across. I make sure that my items are in prestine condition. I am always on the look-out for new and unique clothing to sell.

Customer service is of utmost importance to me, both as a seller and a buyer! I pay detailed attention to everything. I strive to be prompt, professional, and friendly.

My Policies

xX Payment: Communication is essential for a good transaction that is of mutual benefit. From my experience, communicating within the first 3 days helps get the transaction off to a good start. I expect payment within 3 days, but if you have special circumstances, I will definitely work with you. I am human too and know that there are strange things such as 'Payday' and 'Emergencies'.

xX Shipping: I ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. I mail out the packages within 3 days of the payment recieved. I will notify you if there is a delay of some sort.

Packaging

I have had some interesting packing experiences. I've received items packed in anything from a trash bag box to an inside out cereal box! This has inspired me to try to give each package I ship out a special touch.xX

xX Refunds: There are multiple reasons why a Buyer would want to return an item. I prefer to deal with these issues on a case by case basis allowing for the most flexibilty. xX

xX Feedback: As a buyer, I leave feedback as soon as I have received the item. As a Seller, I leave feedback once the buyer has received their item(s) and are satisfied and have left feedback reflecting this.

I will leave a negative, but only after I have exhausted all means to contact and work out a situation.xX

xX Disputes: I try my very best to work out a dispute. Most disputes are workoutable (just made up a word there :) And I believe, most people can be reasonable. And I've learned that a calm and patient manner goes a VERY LONG way. xX
