Anything will break if it is misused or used carelessly. We determine that our products are among the best VALUE to our customers. Value is an important term. The products we sell have the best components available. If you buy our HURRICANE 1/8th Scale Buggy, for example, you are getting a FUN 4 wheel drive, durable unit, that has FULL parts available, has proper POWER and is easy to use and operate. What is the point of saving $10 or $15 to buy a Buggy that doesn't have enough power to effectively race against your friends? Bragging rights and winning races are worth WAY more than that! We could sell those lesser Buggys, but that would go against our principles. We want satisfied customers during and after the sale, months after the sale. JEMSnc is all about customer service too. We have a nearly 100% satisfaction rating for reasons. We treat our customers the same as WE want to be treated, with courtesy, respect, offering value and providing superior service to you during and after the transaction.
