Hello,
and thank you for taking an interest in me and my Art! I have been creating art for as long as I can remember. I am essentially a self taught artist. I did complete an Associates degree in graphic design from Calhoun Community College in Decatur, AL, but followed that with a B.A. in Managment Information Systems from Maryville University in St. Louis, MO! As you can see, I have moved around in my life. This is the 8th state I have lived in, the others include NY, NC, MD, AL, KY, IA and a short time in TN! I think my left and right brain fight often! |

My
art is a wonderful release for me. I truly enjoy sharing beauty and making people happy and feel good when viewing my art. For the past 20 years, I have been working from commission only. I have painted murals for the Children's Crisis Nursery in the Cathedral in downtown St. Louis as well as private homes and businesses. I can't begin to count the number of portraits I have done over the years. Many of my works are located in Europe and North America. I have entered a few art shows and been successful. In one show I took Best in Show and First Place with two portraits that are close to my heart. I don't usually do shows because I find them a bit unnerving. I've contemplated galleries but know that most people can't afford them, and I want to share my art with everyone. That's when some customers of mine suggested eBay as a venue. |
