I have been in the costume business (literally) since the year I was born! My mother started a costume shop as a Halloween Art Show in Gainesville Florida in 1980 ( I was just a baby in a playpen in the middle of the little mall my parents were set up in), and the business has gown over the years.  I wanted to create my own niche, and thought - "Wouldn't it be nice if I could offer the things we sell to people all over the world?" Thus, my Ebay store was born.

This Ebay store is maintained completely by one individual. This means you speak with me, Jenkitty, from the first question, all the way through to when your item ships. I pride myself on fair, honest, and quick service.

Order Policies:
*All sales are final* I will send you as much information as I can about any product you are interested in, so that you can insure that it is what you want and need. Once you commit to purchase the item by bidding on it or choosing the Buy It Now option, you have made your decision, and I do expect for you to follow through with the sale. I will only make exceptions in the form of an exchange if an error has been made on my part in what was shipped versus what was ordered, based on the Item Description.

Please be smart, and realistic - My listings are ONLY for the items listed in the auction's title and description. If you see more items pictured, they are NOT included unless specified in the item description as included. Items that are NOT listed as included are NOT included any more than the human being modeling them.

Shipping Policies & Information:

Yes! I do ship international.

Once an order is paid for in full, I usually ship the order within 2 business days of receiving the order. If you require quicker shipping service, please let me know, especially if you do not want the item if you cannot get it within a specific timeframe - IF I CANNOT SHIP RIGHT AWAY, IT DOES NOT EXCUSE YOU FROM THE TRANSACTION. As you can see from my feedback, I ship quickly, but if you expect for an item to ship the same day, find out if that is possible before you bid. In most cases, I can offer Express Mail shipping, but this service can only ship the same day on weekdays if the order is received and paid in full before noon.

I accept no responsible for errors made by the shipping service, such as damage or loss of items. It is the responsibility of the buyer to purchase insurance if they would like for their order to be insured, and all insurance claims must be made directly with the shipping company used to send the package, in most cases USPS.

Things you should know about the shipping services offered:

(1) The ONLY service that USPS Provides a tracking number for is USPS Express Mail Service. - Packages sent by Priority Mail or any service sent via USPS International service cannot be tracked.

(2) My shipping costs include USPS Priority Mail Service with Delivery Confirmation for domestic packages, and packaging and handling fees are already included in the price.

(3) If you do not see an option for purchasing Insurance on your package, please ask me, and I can change your invoice to give you the option to purchase insurance.
