I usually have multiples of the same items in diffrerent sizes.  I usually ship the same day I receive payment because I don't like to wait for my stuff either!! All items are purchased brand new never worn, unless stated in auction. I enjoy finding unique and upscale items to offer to my buyers at a fraction of the cost. I personally inspect every item myself before it ships to you. I am very picky and only list things I would buy.
